Have you ever used a Vision Board to help you draw in what you would like to attract into your life?

Vision Boards can be a helpful tool when it comes to achieving your goals, especially financial ones. They can be a visual representation of your goals, dreams and aspirations, and can be used as a constant reminder of your goals and to help you stay motivated and focused on achieving them.

A Vision Board typically includes images, words or other visual elements that reflect what you want to achieve or manifest on your life.

Here are a few ways a Vision Board is a great idea:

πŸ‘‰ Helps you to gain clarity and focus on your goals as it forces you to get specific when choosing what to add to your board. It’s important that whatever you add to your board connects with you on a deep level, so you feel excited and motivated whenever you look at each image you have chosen

πŸ‘‰ Provides a Visual Representation of the Wealthy Life you desire. When you see things you have chosen, it helps to make it real and tangible as you are looking at it every day and imagining it already in your life to enjoy

πŸ‘‰ Provides daily motivation. When you look at the board, it can remind you of your β€˜Why’, of building your business or career and can reignite your determination to achieve certain goals

πŸ‘‰ It can attract things into your Life using the Law of Attraction. This law comes into play when you consistently focus on your goals, and can help you attract the things you want by maintaining a positive and focused mindset.

πŸ‘‰ Visualisation is a powerful technique used by many successful people. Seeing all the images of what you desire can help you see your future life as if it is already here.

πŸ‘‰ It can influence your subconscious mind, by telling it that these things are important, so it can look for ways to hep you bring them to fruition.

To create a Vision Board is easier than ever with today’s technology and ease of access to images and words of affirmation to include in your board.

Some tips to get the most out of your visions board could include:

  • Before you start, set some goals of what you would like to draw into your life. You can look at just one area of your life or include all the areas in the one compilation of images. Whatever you choose, make sure it is something that you really feel connected to, and will be your focus moving forwards. I encourage clients to align their Vision Board with their Spending Plan, so any financial goals we are working on are reflected back to you, in the Wealthy Life you envision.
  • Using programs like Canva is a great way to build your vision board. You can use any images or text that resonate with you to choose from and can quickly build a selection of images using the search function to find photos that resonate with you. Simply put into the search function things like holidays, or family home etc and see what comes up!
  • Decide how you want to create your board – do you want to create a large frame you can hang on your wall, or perhaps a canvas, or maybe you want to create an A4 print you can put in a frame beside your bed so it’s the first thing you see every morning. You could even have it as a screensaver on your computer or phone so you are seeing it constantly throughout the day.

Whilst Vision Boards can be a valuable tool in goal setting and motivation, it is best used in conjunction with taking specific actionable steps to achieve your goals. It’s these actions and commitments that will help you achieve your goals – your Vision Board helps you stay motivated and focused on what you are working towards.
